APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION: There shall be NO REFUND or whatsoever any time an appointment is terminated/postponed. Postponement after the arrival of any member of BETRAN CLEANING SERVICES TEAM at client’s location shall attract a sum of Five thousand naira (N5,000) additional charge.
